5th July 2006 14th Driving lesson

When I go out to the car my instructor is in passenger side so that means I'm driving from home today. Ok calm down I expected it soon so no need to panic I can drive now.

My instructor has said we are doing roundabouts today. I ask her which roundabout but she tells me to just concentrate on driving and I will see when we get there. It turns out I am going to practice on a tiny roundabout which you can almost always get on to without stopping. My instructor explains I will be doing a left turn and what to do. I get to the roundabout look right its clear (as usual) I go a bit wide but not too bad for first attempt. I have few more goes at it then drive on some lanes where its quite narrow with few bends which goes ok. I am dissapointed when my instructor says she will drive me home cos it's the end of lesson and I would need to do right turn at the roundabout to get home. (come on can't be that hard I'm sure I could do it or even just go right rather than round it cos no traffic is ever on it or we could reverse and go right down a road) Ok ok I reluctently let my instructor drive me home tho she knows I wanted to drive myself and says I can next lesson.
