Went to worksop and got lost a few times

Monday I decided to go for a drive and went a way I used to go on lessons into town then got lost heading for meadowhall but didn't find it not that I was trying to then followed signs for town again and went on motorway for a bit only one junction then found my way back.

Tuesday went Worksop with my mum and got lost past the same pub 3 times but found the way. Coming back we got totally lost my mum was panicing missed a turning cos my mum decided to tell me when I should of been steering round the corner and I was on national speed limit road going at about 50mph I didn't think it was good idea to take bend at that speed. Finally found ourselves back near home. Later took my mum shopping and practiced a few reverse bay parks which went well got parked well.

Wednesday took my nan shopping and later had a drive on lanes in the dark went well.

Driving every day

Well took my mum shopping a few times shs still telling me everything even though she can't drive, she doesn't like me driving above 40mph on national speed limit roads even if road is clear and straight. We past a sign warning of a double bend and she says slow down theres a zig zag then tells me to stop laughing. I had to move to left for an ambulance to pass one day on my own managed that quite well. I went for a run on my own and went round where I had lessons and found retail world a area with shops close to test centre then went different way home so I'm learning different ways now. Went back to retail world for dinner yesterday and a look round. Took my 2 dogs in car with my mum to a lake near me and walked round it with dogs.

More driving

Thursday I took my nan shopping got parked quite well thats not much in a full day. Friday (yesterday) took my mum to doctors she still thinks I need to be told everything when driving and had little run round. Today going for diesel and a run and mite be picking my mum up from work.

Took my mum shopping and on motorway

Took my mum shopping yesterday and had a run on my own on national speed limit roads. Only been out once today so far but for a long run on motorway ended up in Leeds and then went in circles lost and finally found M1 and lucily it was the right one that I needed so got back ok. My car struggles round mini roundabouts as I had to go right on one today and couldn't get round without going over keb. Also today had to brake hard to avoid hitting the car in front and avoid going through red light though I was trying to work out which way to go.

Drive to town and found where I went wrong when lost

Took rent money so had to do bay parking, well thank god I did it better when I was on test as I just couldn't do it today trying to get between 2 cars ended up facing wrong way in one way system, in end gave in and found a gap with 2 empty bays and managed to get it in that. Had a drive to town where I did most of my lessons though only the bitI knew. Later went for a run with my friend and went the way I got lost but went the right way home this time. At the pub went left then came to another junction which I went right at last time and thats why I got lost I should of gone left. I picked my mum up from work or half way from work cos a stupid car had blocked my drive so I had to somehow get out in a very small gap took my about 10 mins to get out of my drive inching forward then inching back a lot of dry steering still no idea how I managed it.

Got lost

I picked my nan up and took her to my house and back home. Later decided to have a run out and go a different way which I wasn't sure of way I thought I should go left at a pub and it would take me back to where I live but then saw a shelter thing and thought it was right there then decided I was lost enough and looked for some where to turn round. Finally found somewhere and went back only to miss the pub and carry straight on and end up where I live a different way. Mite try it again and go right at the pub and see if I get back that way.

Solo driving

Got my new car on Thursday a peugeot 106 diesel in blue P reg. The man I got it off shown me everything then offered to sit with me while I drove round a few mins to get used to it so I agreed as plenty of time to drive on my own now so no rush. After that I drove it straight home a few streets away slightly nervous but exited. I then went for my friend and filled up with diesel. Back home I went to show my nan my new car then later took my mum out in the dark she was terrified telling me everything, watch that car, slow down, speed up, lights are on red, this is all from someone who can't drive by the way. I messed up on a big roundabout going round back way I come and struggled to get in left lane from right lane so ended up stopping then when safe moving over to exit.

Only went out twice yesterday one to the shop for a paper didn't need to drive but wanted to get experience then last night as it was getting dark put some more diesel in.

Today motorway lesson in my car with my instructor the one I had 4th test with I followed him to car park near motorway lost him once and bit nervous I pulled up and phoned him and he came to find me. He parked his car then got in mine and directed me to motorway I was bit nervous joining but managed well and enjoyed it had drive round then back to car park and followed my instructor back to my house lost my way once again come to dead end so had to phone him again. Enjoyed it.
